The Foundation

The God Above Everytng Foundation has joined forces with orphanages and churches in Angola, driven by a shared vision and unwavering dedication: to uplift underprivileged children by addressing their spiritual, emotional, and practical needs. The challenges are significant, and resources are limited, but united, we can bring about meaningful change.

The God Above Evrytng foundation stands firm in advocating and raising awareness of the menstrual health and hygiene crisis in Africa. There is a dire need to both educate and tend to the wellbeing of many women and girls across Africa.

MENSTRUAL HEALTH AND HYGIENE IN ANGOLA

Menstrual health and hygiene (MHH) challenges are deeply embedded in the social and economic realities of many African countries, limiting girls’ access to education, dignity, and opportunity. Through the work of the God Above Everything Foundation, we address these challenges by providing essential hygiene support, education, and compassionate outreach. Making sure that no girl is left behind simply because of her natural cycle.

Key Menstrual Health and Hygiene Challenges

Poverty
Many women and girls lack access to affordable menstrual products such as sanitary pads or tampons. As a result, they are often forced to rely on unsafe and unhygienic alternatives like rags or leaves, exposing them to infections, discomfort, and long-term health risks.

Education
Limited access to accurate menstrual health education leads to misinformation and harmful practices. In rural and underserved communities, many girls are unprepared for menstruation and lack the knowledge needed to manage it safely and with dignity.

Hygiene
With a lack of sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) infrastructures in schools and public spaces, makes it difficult for girls to manage menstruation hygienically. This often increases health risks.
